Coin Burst Volcano is a memory-matching puzzle game in which players turn over relic cards, recall their positions, and find matching pairs across 24 volcanic levels, from the Ember Trail to Eruption Summit.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy describes what information the Game collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you. By downloading, installing, or using Coin Burst Volcano, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data
Coin Burst Volcano does not require account creation or the submission of names, physical addresses, or financial details to play. If you voluntarily contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.
2.2 Technical Data
- Device model, operating system and version, device language, and screen resolution
- App version, build number, and general device performance signals used for crash reporting
- Advertising and analytics identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertisers. Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes; you may reset or limit it at any time through your device settings.
- IP address, used at the time of collection to derive an approximate, non-precise location (such as country or region) and is not stored in a form that identifies you individually
2.3 Usage Data
- Gameplay activity such as levels completed, matched and mismatched pairs, best times, and expedition record
- In-app purchases and virtual item usage, where applicable
- Interaction with advertisements, including impressions, clicks, and completions
- Push notification interaction, where notifications are enabled
2.4 On-Device Data
Certain data — such as local save state, music/sound/haptics preferences, selected background, and cached progress — is stored only on your device using standard local storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to our servers unless needed to sync progress, provide support, or as otherwise described in this Policy. Some features may still require occasional network connectivity to function correctly.
How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Game, including level progression, daily missions, and the shop
- Diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and monitor stability and performance
- Personalize and measure the effectiveness of in-game advertising
- Analyze aggregate gameplay trends to balance board difficulty and design future levels
- Respond to support requests and communicate important updates
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Advertising & Analytics
Coin Burst Volcano may display in-app advertisements and uses analytics tools to understand how the Game is used. We work with the following categories of service providers:
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — collects app usage and performance data to help us understand engagement and stability
- OneSignal — delivers push notifications, where enabled, based on a device-level notification identifier
- Install Referrer (Google Play) — records how the app installation originated (for example, from an advertising campaign) so we can measure marketing effectiveness
Advertising partners integrated into the Game may use your advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes; you may reset or limit it at any time through your device settings. You may also opt out of certain interest-based advertising through your device's ad settings or platform-provided tools.
Virtual Currency & Items
Coin Burst Volcano includes virtual in-game currency ("Coins") earned by clearing levels, matching relic pairs, and completing daily missions. Coins may be spent on boosters such as the Hint Crystal and Reveal Cards, and on cosmetic backgrounds such as Volcanic Valley, Crystal Cavern, Lava Temple, and Molten Canyon. Where available, coins may also be purchased with real money.
Coin Burst Volcano is not a gambling product and does not offer real-money gambling of any kind. The board's "Mystery Jackpot" relic is a themed match-pair tile: finding both copies of it, like any other matching pair, awards a coin bonus or score multiplier as part of normal memory-matching gameplay. No feature in the Game allows players to wager, bet, or risk real money, and no feature offers the chance to win real money, cash equivalents, or prizes of monetary value.
The daily scratch ticket is a free daily bonus reveal. Opening it does not require spending or risking previously earned coins or items, and a player's existing coin balance and unlocked progress are not reduced or forfeited by opening it. Rewards granted through the scratch ticket are additional, non-guaranteed-value virtual items with no cash value.
Coins, boosters, and unlocked backgrounds have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money outside the Game, and remain the property of the Game at all times, subject to the applicable platform's terms of service.
User Content
If the Game offers optional features such as a player nickname, leaderboard display name, or support-ticket message, any content you submit through these features may be visible to us and, in the case of leaderboard names, to other players. Please avoid including personal information in any nickname or message you submit. We may remove or moderate content that violates our content guidelines or applicable platform policies.
Data Retention
We retain different categories of information for different periods, depending on their purpose:

- You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier at any time in your device settings
- You can manage notification, sound, music, and haptics settings from within the Game or your device settings
- You can uninstall the Game at any time, which removes locally stored data from your device
- You may request deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us
We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Coin Burst Volcano is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this Policy, and, where appropriate, through an in-game notice. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
